Our structure
Once born as a farmhouse, the complex now offers its guests the Residence, with two comfortable rooms which can welcome up to 9 people, and the “Agriturismo” (farm holidays structure).
It’s located in an extremely quiet place, surrounded by green fields and embraced by river Reno’s bends, which, a few steps ahead, hold the WWF oasis of Golena San Vitale.
As it is located a few kilometres from Bologna, it can be easily reached by the bypass, and it allows you to escape the frenetic rhythms of the city, letting yourself go in relax and in the peace of the sunsets. It’s ideal for those who desire a relaxing holiday, and for those who, for job reasons, have to stay in Bologna.
The Farm Holidays
Residence “Le Magnolie” is composed by two apartments. The first one, on the ground floor, has a wide kitchen, two double rooms and a bathroom. The second one, on the first floor, is made of three wide rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a wide panoramic balcony.
The Residence is fully equipped: linen in every room and bathroom, kitchenware and household appliances in both kitchens. Moreover, residence “Le Magnolie” has a wide private garden with car parking.
